A beautiful cloudy evening i sat at a restaurent on the walkways of SanJose along with Neeru and Prasad.Prasad sharing his beautiful experiences..After a while the topic moved on the flavours of drinks each one was having,Suddenly i vanished into my thoughts....,

"Life's rich experiences need to be shared with others".....If not,share it with yourself.After few years you are not what you are today.Things change,People change and even your mind and character.If i think back how many sweet memories i remember in my entire life?? First day in school,First friend,First gift,First crush,First kiss,First date.......,hmmm many..How many of these moments i remember deeply??Honestly,i do most of them,but not all in detail.When u remember those moments deeply,the smile u get instantly on ur face and the feelings memorize and capture ur heart.At that moment imagine anyone can not put value for those sweetest moments.

With this i decided today,i should make an attempt to compile my memories,feelings, moments of my life.And i decided to start a blog.And i m sure my blog can surely be a place for to search happiness..

Everbody thinks they are lacking happiness with the hefty loads of work,tensions, restlessness oops so many....but they ever never think that doing work creatively and changing the environment around is also a happiness..For instance in a work u had a bad meeting agenda..at that moment we feel sad...but we recollect the moment next day..ultimately we get a smile on our face remembering the scene...Thats it...This is a sort of happiness...

Happiness comes in how we take...It's within you..so i decided to enjoy every minute of my life as it comes through my way...............Leading to the path of Healthy Lifestyle..!
